Drink cold-crew coffee in a mason jar tumbler. I swear this makes it taste better.I like to dilute my iced-coffee and drink it in a mason tumbler. I swear it tastes better this way. I mix it with fat-free milk and homemade vanilla syrup. If I am feeling Martha Stewart like, I’ll even make some sea salt and vanilla caramel on occasion. Nom. Nom. Nom.

I also like to make coffee ice cubes in the summer. If you’ll be sipping iced-coffee out in the heat, this stops your drink from being watered down. And in the evening, try pouring Baileys Irish Cream over your coffee ice-cubes. Mmmmm.

A quick word of warning: if you make coffee cubes in white ice cube trays, the coffee might stain them. I have a special set of colored trays for making coffee cubes. After they are frozen, I store the cubes in a Ziploc freezer bag so they don’t take up as much space.

Pour Baileys Irish Cream over coffee ice cubes ... I must try this!

Have you heard of the Zoku Quick Pop Maker? It creates popsicles in 7-minutes flat and because of the quick freeze, the pops don’t get the funky icy flavor that sometimes occurs with popsicles made in the freezer. I am so trying vanilla flavored coffee and cream pops this summer. I can’t wait.
