Additional Family Christmas Movie Suggestions

wonderful-lifeThese family Christmas movies were recommended by parents via Facebook:

  • Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000, Jim Carrey)
  • The Year Without a Santa Claus
  • Disney’s A Christmas Carol
  • The Nightmare Before Christmas
  • The Santa Clause: 3 Movie Collection

The classic It’s a Wonderful Life keeps coming up as a family Christmas movie suggestion.

I went back and forth about adding the title to our family holiday movie line-up. I was worried the topic of suicide was too deep for my very thoughtful seven and eight-year-old.

What is your opinion?

Do you watch It’s A Wonderful Life with your kids? How old are they? Let’s chat here on Facebook.
