I'm not a fan of listening to kid's music in the car. It puts me on edge. There I said it. For years, my husband has created playlists for the girls and me of songs that fall into more of a middle. Songs that keep everyone happy.
One of our local favorites, The Mighty Blue Kings, has a lovely version of the classic kid's song Green Grass Grows All Around. I love this man's voice.

Your kids will love the back-and-forth interaction in the song AND that Mom tends too goof up the order of the lyrics.
The girls and I also like to sing, sway, and buzz buzz buzz to this awesome Mighty Blue Kings tune.
