Cheesy Grilled Garlic Bread
This recipe is super simple...
Step 1
Slather a generous amount of butter across naan flatbread. Our family motto? Real butter makes it better.
Step 2
Turn the grill on high and pre-heat. While you wait, sprinkle the flatbread with garlic salt and fresh-shaved Parmesan cheese. We buy the cheese pre-packaged like this; it is great for pasta and potatoes too!
Step 3
Grill over indirect heat, or on the top rack, for approximately 4 to 6-minutes. When the cheese is bubbly and brown, carefully remove from the grill.
Using a grilling rack will make for easy on-and-off access. If you don't already have one, I highly recommend getting one that has four lipped edges. This way you can use it for grilling veggies and personal pizzas, too!
Be cautious of flat styles with three edges. I used to have one like this and it seemed like stuff was always accidentally sliding off that open end.

Step 4
Cool slightly and and slice into strips using a pizza cutter. Serve hot with dinner. We dipped garlic bread sticks in traditional spaghetti sauce. It was delicious.
