Super Bowl Dessert: Team Spirit Ice-Cream Sandwiches

Published: Jan 17, 2015 · Modified: Feb 16, 2017 by Zina Harrington · Post may contain affiliate links

Show your team pride and keep the kids entertained at half-time with this super simple Super Bowl dessert. Nom. Nom. Nom.

It requires only three easy steps:

TEAM SPIRIT ICE-CREAM SANDWICHES

1. Pull the ice-cream sandwiches out of the freezer and let them briefly thaw. This will help your sprinkles stick!

2. Prep the sprinkles. We have a fun party platter with a nice edge to put the sprinkles in. A set of bowls with shallow edges would be perfect, too.

Fill the dishes with sprinkles representing your team colors.

3. Have the kids gently dip each edge of the ice-cream sandwich in the sprinkles.

We'll be making green and gold sandwiches for the Packer's playoff game this week and WHEN they play in the Super Bowl on February 1st. Yeah, I said it.
