Ingredients
  • 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
  • ½ cup Butter, divided
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) Jell-O® Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Line 8-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave 4 oz. of chocolate pieces, 6 Tbsp. butter and water in a large microwavable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is well blended. Add dry pudding mix and stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until well blended. Pour into prepared pan; press into even layer with the back of a spatula.
  3. Microwave remaining 2 Tbsp. butter and 4 oz. of chocolate pieces in a large microwavable bowl for 1½ minutes or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is well blended. Pour over fudge layer in pan; spread to completely cover bottom layer. Sprinkle with the candy topping of your choice.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove fudge from pan before cutting to serve. Enjoy!
